崗位、數(shù)量、資格要求：*園林項目負責人、安全員、質(zhì)量員、材料員、中級園林綠化工（班組負責人）各1名。
說明：（1）*崗位不得同時兼任兩個及以上項目,須具有上海市園林綠化工程從業(yè)人員項目負責人電子卡。
（2）項目負責人有下列情形，不得參與本標段投標：
1）在其他項目擔任項目負責人；
2）項目負責人在其他項目履行合同過程中發(fā)生變更，變更時間未滿**0天。
（3）本競爭性磋商文件所涉及的園林專業(yè)是指：園林（園林規(guī)劃設(shè)計、園林植物、風景園林、園林綠化、綠化林業(yè)等）、園藝、城市規(guī)劃、景觀、植物（含植保、森保等）、環(huán)境藝術(shù)、風景旅游等專業(yè)；
（4）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同投標人，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；
