簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：專項(xiàng)更新改造是在全量配套微更新改造一體化裝置的基礎(chǔ)上，升級(jí)除臭、通風(fēng)等裝置，提升綠化改造等環(huán)境親民標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，增設(shè)智能感應(yīng)設(shè)備，智能識(shí)別監(jiān)測(cè)垃圾桶滿溢、居民混投誤投、煙感報(bào)警等；Ⅰ類精品小區(qū)即對(duì)小區(qū)內(nèi)投放點(diǎn)進(jìn)行微更新改造建設(shè)，至少一座垃圾房按照專項(xiàng)更新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)，以及其他精品提升建設(shè)要求等。
