Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:Property Management Services for Youth Center in Lingang New Area This project is for the property management services of the Management Committee of Lingang New Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, including facility and equipment management, security, cleaning and other contents.
合同履約期限：本項目服務(wù)期限自合同簽訂之日起期限三年，采取一次招標(biāo)三年沿用、分三個年度分別簽訂合同的方式實施。
The Contract Period:The service period of this project is three years from the date of signing the contract, and it is implemented by means of a tender for three years and a contract for each of the three years.
