簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：為更好地推進(jìn)企業(yè)服務(wù)中心的建設(shè)，形成企業(yè)服務(wù)高效有序的工作機(jī)制，擬通過(guò)公開(kāi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性磋商的方式擇優(yōu)選取一家合格的運(yùn)營(yíng)機(jī)構(gòu)，負(fù)責(zé)落實(shí)企業(yè)服務(wù)的運(yùn)營(yíng)和管理，主要包括：日常企業(yè)服務(wù)、項(xiàng)目幫辦服務(wù)、強(qiáng)化服務(wù)體系、投資促進(jìn)工作、重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目落地等。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購(gòu)需求書(shū)）
Brief Specification Description:In order to better promote the construction of enterprise service center and form an efficient and orderly working mechanism of enterprise service, it is planned to select a qualified operating organization through open competitive consultation to be responsible for the operation and management of enterprise service, which mainly includes: daily enterprise service, project assistance service, strengthening service system, investment promotion work, and landing of key projects. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)
