(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、 須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動(dòng)）；4、要求具備建筑工程施工總承包三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì) 5、具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；6、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理具有建筑工程二級(jí)建造師及其以上資格，并具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核證書；7、本項(xiàng)目?jī)H面向中、小、微型等各類供應(yīng)商采購；8、 本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); 4. Require to have a third level or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects, and possess a valid safety production license; 6. The project manager has the qualification of a second level construction engineer or above in construction engineering, and has a valid safety production assessment certificate; 7. This project is only available for procurement from various suppliers such as small, medium, and micro; 8. This project does not allow subcontracting.
