簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目擬通過(guò)公開招標(biāo)的方式選擇一家具有資質(zhì)的供應(yīng)商，在整個(gè)世博地區(qū)(西至黃浦江，北至世博村路，南至川楊河，東至濟(jì)陽(yáng)路、世博館路、耀華（支）路、雪野路和浦東南路所形成的世博區(qū)域)開展治安輔助和交通輔助工作。（具體內(nèi)容及要求詳見(jiàn)招標(biāo)文件第三章—服務(wù)需求書。）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to carry out security assistance and traffic assistance work throughout the Expo area (the Expo zone formed by the Huangpu River in the west, Expo Village Road in the north, Chuanyang River in the south, and Jiyang Road, Expo Pavilion Road, Yaohua (Branch) Road, Xuanye Road and Pudong South Road in the east). For specific content and requirements, please refer to Chapter Three of the tender documents - Service Requirements.
合同履約期限：合同簽訂后一年，具體起止時(shí)間以采購(gòu)人通知為準(zhǔn)。
The Contract Period:One year after the contract is signed, the specific start and end time shall be subject to the notice of the purchaser.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation, no price deduction benefits will be implemented for small and medium-sized enterprises. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：1、未被“信用中國(guó)”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法失信主體、政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
2、須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
3、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
4、具備省市級(jí)公安部門核發(fā)的有效的《保安服務(wù)許可證》。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization lawfully established within the territory of China; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project. 4. Possess a valid "Security Service License" issued by the provincial or municipal public security department.
(i)符合《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條的規(guī)定；
