簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目重點圍繞無人機投入臨港交通管理開展，主要以無人機機庫為基礎(chǔ)平臺，無人機單兵輔助，通過規(guī)?；M網(wǎng)部署及指揮調(diào)度平臺搭建和運營維護，提供專業(yè)化無人機巡視服務(wù)，基本實現(xiàn)“空中視角全覆蓋、遠程調(diào)度無障礙、響應(yīng)能力更快捷、場景應(yīng)用更豐富”，探索打造高效應(yīng)用場景，助力形成更立體、更機動、更智能的交通管理新模式。
Brief Specification Description:This project focuses on the application of drones in port traffic management, primarily utilizing drone hangars as the basic platform and drone individual assistance. Through large-scale network deployment, command and dispatch platform construction, operation, and maintenance, it provides professional drone patrol services, basically achieving "full coverage from an aerial perspective, barrier-free remote dispatch, faster response capabilities, and richer scenario applications". It explores the creation of efficient application scenarios and helps form a new model of more three-dimensional, more mobile, and more intelligent traffic management.

3、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
4、符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標(biāo)準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；
