(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:This project is specifically aimed at small and micro enterprises; Promote government procurement of energy-saving products and environmental labeling products. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購(gòu)活動(dòng)）；
4、符合《關(guān)于對(duì)接國(guó)際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進(jìn)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)政府采購(gòu)改革的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》（滬財(cái)采〔****〕**號(hào)）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；
5、項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.
