簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目擬對(duì)現(xiàn)有位于臨港新片區(qū)公安處機(jī)房（紫荊花路）的交警設(shè)備整體搬遷至臨港新片區(qū)交通一體化指揮中心（X2路）地下一層交警機(jī)房地下一層交警機(jī)房，包括核心業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)（包括警務(wù)大數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)、指揮調(diào)度系統(tǒng)、視頻監(jiān)控平臺(tái)等）遷移、**個(gè)機(jī)柜設(shè)備（服務(wù)器、存儲(chǔ)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全等設(shè)備）遷移、**0T數(shù)據(jù)備份與恢復(fù)、多網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)（公安圖像網(wǎng)、信控網(wǎng)、政務(wù)網(wǎng)等）重構(gòu)及系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性保障等，確保遷移過程中涉密數(shù)據(jù)零泄露、零丟失。（具體詳見第三章項(xiàng)目概況及服務(wù)需求）
Brief Specification Description:This project plans to relocate the existing traffic police equipment located in the Lingang New Area Public Security Office computer room (Zijinghua Road) to the underground traffic police computer room of the Lingang New Area Traffic Integration Command Center (X2 Road), including the migration of core business systems (including police big data platform, command and dispatch system, video monitoring platform, etc.), migration of ** cabinet equipment (servers, storage, network security equipment, etc.), **0T data backup and recovery, reconstruction of multi network architecture (public security image network, information control network, government network, etc.), and system stability guarantee, to ensure zero leakage and loss of confidential data during the migration process. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Project Overview and Service Requirements)
合同履約期限：自采購(gòu)人通知之日起一年。其中搬遷實(shí)施期限為自采購(gòu)人通知之日起**天。

2、未被“信用中國(guó)”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
3、須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購(gòu)活動(dòng)）；
4、符合《關(guān)于對(duì)接國(guó)際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進(jìn)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)政府采購(gòu)改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財(cái)采〔****〕**號(hào)）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；
