Brief Specification Description:About 0.9km revetment greening will be upgraded on both sides of Laoma Port, and about 1.2km revetment will be upgraded for 6 river channels between houses in Group 4 of Machang (see Bill of Quantities for specific quantities and requirements)

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:This project is a procurement project with reserved shares, and the reserved shares are reserved as a whole (specially for small and medium-sized enterprises)
(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為采購項目提供整體設計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務的供應商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動。
（4）具有水利水電工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質。
（5）具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）。
（6）擬派項目負責人具有水利水電工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格。具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
（4）With water conservancy and hydropower project construction general contracting grade III and above qualification.
（5）Have safety production license (valid period).
（6）The person in charge of the proposed project shall have the qualification of registered constructor at or above Grade II of water conservancy and hydropower engineering specialty. Possess valid safety production assessment certificate, and do not serve as the project leader of other construction projects under construction.
(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規(guī)定；
