Brief Specification Description:Provide year-round public environmental vector control services for **9 points within the jurisdiction, with the work goal of meeting the national Grade B standard. (For specific requirements, please refer to the procurement needs in the procurement documents.)

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）滿(mǎn)足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條的規(guī)定 ；
（2）未被“信用中國(guó)”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單[以三年內(nèi)的信用記錄為準(zhǔn)］；
（3）須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加招標(biāo)活動(dòng)）；

In accordance with the regulations of the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau, the bidding and tendering activities related to this project shall be conducted through the electronic bidding system of the Shanghai Government Procurement Cloud Platform (website: http://www.zfcg.sh.gov.cn). Bidders shall comply with the relevant provisions and requirements such as the Interim Measures for the Administration of Shanghai Electronic Government Procurement. For the operation methods of the Government Procurement Cloud Platform, bidders may refer to the relevant contents and operation requirements in the special column of the platform.
Bidders shall encrypt and upload the bidding documents as early as possible before the deadline for submission of bids, notify the project leader by phone for receipt, and timely check the receipt status on the Government Procurement Cloud Platform, then print the receipt.
