簡要規(guī)則描述：為加強社會面治安防控工作，進一步優(yōu)化完善公共管理監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)建設(shè)，提高轄區(qū)社會面治安管控能力和水平，擬在重點區(qū)域及點位加裝監(jiān)控探頭。經(jīng)征詢派出所及相關(guān)單位意見，梳理出了加裝點位，共計增補**個監(jiān)控探頭。主要實施內(nèi)容包括：新建線路、桿路、機器設(shè)備等。

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、本次采購需要網(wǎng)上響應(yīng)，供應(yīng)商必須獲得上海市電子簽名認證證書（CA認證證書），根據(jù)《上海市政府采購供應(yīng)商登記及誠信管理（暫行）辦法》，為已在上海市政府采購網(wǎng)登記入庫的供應(yīng)商；4、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人組織；5、具備電子與智能化工程專業(yè)承包二級及其以上資質(zhì)；6、具有建設(shè)部門頒發(fā)的《安全生產(chǎn)許可證》(有效期內(nèi)）；7、項目經(jīng)理須具有機電工程專業(yè)建造師二級及其以上資格及有效的安全考核證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建工程項目的項目經(jīng)理；8、單位負責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為本項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；9、本項目不接受聯(lián)合體響應(yīng)。
