(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: The first and second objectives of this project are not specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and small and micro enterprise products will enjoy a **% price discount during evaluation. (2) Welfare units for disabled people and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
（4）具有省以上（包含?。┵|(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局認(rèn)定的檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定證書（CMA）并提供項(xiàng)目所需參數(shù)附表，應(yīng)包含電磁類檢測(cè)能力（僅包件1適用）、電離類檢測(cè)能力（僅包件2適用）；
（5）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; (4) Having a Certificate of Qualification for Inspection and Testing Institutions (CMA) recognized by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau at or above the provincial level (including the provincial level), and providing the required parameter schedule for the project, it should include electromagnetic testing capability (applicable only to Package 1) and ionization testing capability (applicable only to Package 2); (5) This project does not allow subcontracting.
