(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合投標(biāo)。4、若本項(xiàng)目服務(wù)范圍屬于鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、供應(yīng)商登記注冊(cè)所在地城市或城區(qū)常住人口**0萬(wàn)以下的城市，則供應(yīng)商必須具有《城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃編制資質(zhì)證書》乙級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)。若本項(xiàng)目服務(wù)范圍不屬于以上情形，則供應(yīng)商必須具有《城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃編制資質(zhì)證書》甲級(jí)資質(zhì)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（iii）This project does not accept joint bidding.（iV）If the service scope of this project belongs to the township, the city where the supplier is registered or the city with less than 1 million permanent residents in the urban area, the supplier must have the qualification of Grade B or above of the Certificate of Qualification for Urban and Rural Planning Preparation. If the service scope of this project does not belong to the above cases, the supplier must have Grade A qualification of the Qualification Certificate of Urban and Rural Planning Preparation.
