簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：根據(jù)《浦東新區(qū)****年消防“為民辦實事”項目實施方案》（滬浦消專委〔****〕**號）的要求，川沙新鎮(zhèn)完成了兩個一級微型消防站的建設，地址：川沙經(jīng)濟園區(qū)、華夏社區(qū)長豐村。本項目經(jīng)財政部門批準一招三年（一次采購三年享用，分年簽訂合同）。每年結束后采購人對中標人的工作進行考核，并在相同采購任務的條件下確定次年合同的簽訂。如年度考核未通過或項目內(nèi)容及價格變動較大的（超過原合同采購金額**%），將重新采購。具體項目內(nèi)容、采購范圍及所應達到的具體要求，以招標文件相應規(guī)定為準。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:According to the Implementation Plan for the **** Fire Protection "For the People" Project in Pudong New Area (Hupu Consumer Affairs Commission [****] No. **), Chuansha New Town has completed the construction of two first level micro fire stations, located in Chuansha Economic Park and Changfeng Village, Huaxia Community. This project has been approved by the finance department for a period of three years (one purchase for three years, with contracts signed annually). At the end of each year, the purchaser evaluates the work of the winning bidder and determines the signing of the contract for the following year under the same procurement task conditions. If the annual assessment fails or there are significant changes in project content and price (exceeding **% of the original contract procurement amount), a new procurement will be made.
