簡要規(guī)則描述：根據(jù)《關于印發(fā)〈****年上海市生活垃圾分類精品小區(qū)(村)建設、可回收物回收體系改造提升工作安排〉的通知》(滬分減聯(lián)辦[****]3 號)和《關于印發(fā)〈浦東新區(qū)持續(xù)優(yōu)化生活垃圾全程分類體系工作方案〉的通知》(浦分減聯(lián)辦[****]1號)等文件要求，擬對建業(yè)新村、華豐大樓、西三高層小區(qū)垃圾投放點位進行精品提升，東方城市花園、東麗苑、東林小區(qū)等**個點位進行專項更新,改造內容包括打造一米花園、安裝垃圾分類宣傳地插、設計和懸掛垃圾分類宣傳橫幅等。質保期自驗收合格之日起不少于1年。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
