簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目為楔形綠地安保輔助服務(wù)，擬通過(guò)公開(kāi)招標(biāo)方式選擇一位合格供應(yīng)商對(duì)楔形綠地區(qū)域進(jìn)行治安巡邏、街面防控、治安整治及其他輔助工作，對(duì)重點(diǎn)保障點(diǎn)位部署人員進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全保障，信息及時(shí)溝通，為區(qū)域穩(wěn)定創(chuàng)造良好的社會(huì)環(huán)境。本項(xiàng)目總工作量不少于******小時(shí)，共**個(gè)月。由投標(biāo)人根據(jù)工作內(nèi)容、執(zhí)勤區(qū)域、實(shí)際情況合理安排，從而確保項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)達(dá)成。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購(gòu)需求書(shū)）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project is a wedge-shaped green space security auxiliary service. It is planned to select a qualified supplier to conduct public security patrol, street prevention and control, public security rectification and other auxiliary work in the wedge-shaped green space area through public bidding, provide on-site security for personnel deployed at key security points, communicate information in time, and create a good social environment for regional stability. The total workload of this project is not less than **3,**2 hours, totaling ** months. The bidder shall make reasonable arrangements according to the work content, duty area and actual situation, so as to ensure the achievement of the project objectives. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
（4）具有省、自治區(qū)、直轄市公安局頒發(fā)的《保安服務(wù)許可證》；
（5）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law; (4) Having a Security Service License issued by the Public Security Bureau of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government; (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
