簡要規(guī)則描述：建港村已入選第七批鄉(xiāng)村振興示范村名單，為配合示范村創(chuàng)建，現(xiàn)擬對照任務清單，實施建港村鄉(xiāng)村振興主要道路提升項目（花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域），實施范圍位于原桃博園內(nèi)，用于服務配套產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)內(nèi)基礎(chǔ)設施，建設內(nèi)容包含對原有水泥道路進行翻挖重建，新建瀝青和混凝土路面等。

（2）具有市政公用工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級及其以上資質(zhì)。
（3）安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）。
（4）投標人擬派項目經(jīng)理的市政公用工程專業(yè)二級（含以上級）注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目經(jīng)理。
（5）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為本項目提供整體設計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務的供應商，不得參加本項目的采購活動。
（6）沒有因發(fā)生生產(chǎn)安全事故被浦東新區(qū)建設行政管理部門暫停承接業(yè)務且在限制期內(nèi)的。
（7）本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) It must have an independent legal person registered in accordance with the law, a natural person or other organization with the ability to independently bear civil liability. (2) Have the qualification of municipal public works construction general contracting qualification level 3 or above. (3) Safety production license (within the validity period). (4) The bidder's proposed project manager has the qualification of a second-level (including above) registered construction engineer in the municipal public works major, has a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as a project manager for other construction projects under construction.
