合同履約期限：本項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)預(yù)算所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限為****年**月起至****年**月。本次采購(gòu)工作完成前由原服務(wù)單位繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的相關(guān)費(fèi)用，待項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)?fù)瓿珊笥芍袠?biāo)人按中標(biāo)價(jià)折算支付給原服務(wù)單位，費(fèi)用按中標(biāo)價(jià)/**5*原單位服務(wù)天數(shù)計(jì)算。

The Contract Period:The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from August **** to July ****. Before the completion of this procurement work, the original service unit will continue to provide services. (b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購(gòu)中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目專門(mén)面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and price discounts will not be implemented for their products during evaluation. （4）具備省市級(jí)公安部門(mén)核發(fā)的有效的《保安服務(wù)許可證》；
（5）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; (4) Having a valid Security Service License issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments; (5) This project does not allow subcontracting.
