（5）須具備建設(shè)部門頒發(fā)的有效期內(nèi)的《安全生產(chǎn)許可證》(非上海市施工企業(yè)，安全生產(chǎn)許可證需備案)。
（6）本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購。
（7）本項目不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Possess a Grade III or higher qualification for general contracting of construction engineering issued by the Ministry of Construction. (4) The proposed project leader must possess a Grade II or higher qualification as a registered construction professional and a certificate of passing the safety production assessment.
