(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and during the evaluation process, no price discounts will be implemented for their products. (2) Support welfare units for people with disabilities and treat them as small and micro enterprises. According to the "Classification Standards for Small and Medium sized Enterprises" (MIIT Joint Enterprise [****] No. **0), the special project for repairing the buildings on the Chuanbei Highway purchased in this project belongs to the construction industry

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）具有建筑工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)，且具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
（2）擬派項目經(jīng)理須具有房屋建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目經(jīng)理；
（3）本項目不接受組成聯(lián)合體。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects, and possessing a valid safety production license (within its validity period); (2) The proposed project manager must have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of housing construction engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and have not served as a project manager for other ongoing construction projects; (3) This project does not accept the formation of a consortium.
