簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：項(xiàng)目主要內(nèi)容包括:開(kāi)展建港村內(nèi)村溝宅河水環(huán)境整治，長(zhǎng)度約6公里。內(nèi)包括河道清淤、邊坡維護(hù)、修復(fù)及新建小木樁、岸邊綠化、合理布設(shè)水生植物，改善村溝宅河水生態(tài)。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見(jiàn)招標(biāo)文件工程量清單及圖紙。）
Brief Specification Description:The main content of the project includes: carrying out the water environment improvement of village ditches and house rivers in Jiangang Village, with a total length of about 6 kilometers. Specifically, it involves river dredging, slope maintenance, repair and construction of new small wooden piles, shore greening, and rational arrangement of aquatic plants to improve the water ecology of village ditches and house rivers. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）須具有依法注冊(cè)的獨(dú)立法人或其他組織；
（4）供應(yīng)商須具有中華人民共和國(guó)住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的水利水電工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級(jí)及其以上；
（5）具有建設(shè)部門頒發(fā)的《安全生產(chǎn)許可證》（有效期內(nèi)）；
（6）項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人須具有中華人民共和國(guó)住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的中華人民共和國(guó)水利水電工程專業(yè)二級(jí)（含以上級(jí)）注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)；
（7）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；

(7) Different suppliers with the same legal representative or in a relationship of direct holding or management shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers that provide overall design, specification compilation, or project management, supervision, testing and other services for this project shall not participate in the procurement activities of this project;
