1.根據(jù)上海市財(cái)政局的規(guī)定，本項(xiàng)目招投標(biāo)工作必須在上海市政府采購云平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行。本項(xiàng)目潛在供應(yīng)商在投標(biāo)前應(yīng)當(dāng)自行了解政府采購云平臺(tái)的基本規(guī)則、要求、流程，具備網(wǎng)上投標(biāo)的能力和條件，知曉并愿意承擔(dān)電子招投標(biāo)可能產(chǎn)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
