簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目為****年度城市精細化管理應(yīng)急整治項目，擬通過公開競爭性磋商選擇一名合格的供應(yīng)商對康橋鎮(zhèn)市政道路兩側(cè)、背街小巷、兩鎮(zhèn)交界處等重要區(qū)域和市容難點進行環(huán)境綜合整治，實施偷倒垃圾應(yīng)急清運、公共設(shè)施維護等應(yīng)急保障服務(wù)工作。主要內(nèi)容有垃圾清運、處置,市容環(huán)境綜合保障,金屬綠網(wǎng)、網(wǎng)布設(shè)置,道路應(yīng)急隔離設(shè)施,區(qū)域臨時圍擋等。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:This project is an emergency renovation project of refined urban management in ****. It is planned to select a qualified supplier through open and competitive negotiation to comprehensively renovate the environment in important areas and city appearance difficulties such as both sides of municipal roads, back streets and alleys, and the junction of two towns in Kangqiao Town, and implement emergency support services such as stealing garbage and maintaining public facilities. The main contents include garbage removal and disposal, comprehensive protection of city appearance and environment, setting of metal green net and mesh cloth, road emergency isolation facilities, and temporary enclosure in the area. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)
