簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：根據(jù)新區(qū)相關(guān)文件精神及“浦東新區(qū)老舊封閉型居民住宅小區(qū)治安防控安全技術(shù)防范工程基本要求”明確實(shí)施的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,共涉及**個(gè)居民區(qū)**個(gè)自然小區(qū)的人行出入口**個(gè)點(diǎn)位，人臉識(shí)別系統(tǒng)**6臺(tái)；車輛出入口**個(gè)點(diǎn)位，車牌識(shí)別系統(tǒng)（含道閘）**臺(tái)；小區(qū)道路全景高清攝像頭**9臺(tái)；合計(jì)設(shè)備共**7套。為保證濰坊街道**個(gè)老舊居民住宅小區(qū)各視頻監(jiān)控技防設(shè)施的有效運(yùn)行，委托一家合格的供應(yīng)商提供技防日常運(yùn)行維護(hù)修理服務(wù)，以保證技防設(shè)施的正常運(yùn)行，充分發(fā)揮技防設(shè)施的安全防范、安全監(jiān)管作用。（具體詳見第三章采購(gòu)需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In accordance with the relevant documents of the new district and the "Basic Requirements for Security and Technical Prevention Projects of Old and Closed Residential Communities in Pudong New Area", the construction project involves a total of ** pedestrian entrances and exits in ** natural communities of ** residential areas and **6 facial recognition systems. There are ** vehicle entrances and exits, and ** license plate recognition systems (including barrier gates). There are **9 high-definition panoramic cameras for the community roads. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.

2、須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization lawfully established within the territory of China; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project
