簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：工程內(nèi)容主要包括: 對(duì)樓道內(nèi)的弱電線路進(jìn)行全面改造，拆除老舊線路，樓內(nèi)各種通信箱體整合統(tǒng)一歸槽；對(duì)樓道內(nèi)墻面、平頂、地面、樓梯、排煙管、防盜門(mén)窗、照明表箱進(jìn)行美化、整治；單元門(mén)、信報(bào)箱移裝；無(wú)障礙坡道移位、修復(fù)；樓道出入口綠化遷移、恢復(fù)和底樓電梯出入口周邊環(huán)境整治等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見(jiàn)工程量清單）
Brief Specification Description:The project mainly includes: comprehensive transformation of weak current lines in the corridor, removal of old lines, integration and unification of various communication boxes in the building; beautification and renovation of wall surfaces, flat roofs, floors, stairs, smoke exhaust pipes, anti-theft doors and windows, lighting meter boxes in the corridor; relocation and installation of unit doors and letter boxes; shift and repair of barrier-free ramps; greening migration and restoration of corridor entrances and exits, and renovation of surrounding environment of elevator entrances and exits on the ground floor. （6）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專(zhuān)業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格。具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
（4）It has the qualification of Grade III and above for general contracting of construction engineering.
（5）Have safety production license (valid period).
（6）The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Grade II or above in the construction engineering profession. Possess valid safety production assessment certificate, and do not serve as the project leader of other construction projects under construction.
