簡要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目主要內(nèi)容為提供張江科學(xué)城優(yōu)化環(huán)評分類管理研究的技術(shù)咨詢服務(wù)，工作內(nèi)容包含：1）優(yōu)化環(huán)評分類管理；2）開展區(qū)域空間生態(tài)環(huán)境評價(jià)，細(xì)化環(huán)境準(zhǔn)入清單；3）探索優(yōu)化企業(yè)污染物排放量核算和管理銜接等。本項(xiàng)目允許聯(lián)合體響應(yīng)，本項(xiàng)目允許最多4家供應(yīng)商組成聯(lián)合體。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:The main content of this project is to provide technical consulting services for the study of optimizing the classified management of environmental impact assessment in Zhangjiang Science City. The work contents include: 1) optimizing the classified management of environmental impact assessment; 2) Carry out regional spatial ecological environment assessment and refine the environmental access list; 3) Explore and optimize the convergence of enterprise pollutant emission accounting and management. This project allows the consortium to respond, and this project allows up to 4 suppliers to form a consortium. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂生效之日起至****年**月**日。

（4）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
