Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:A. ** pure electric buses with a height of 8 meters; among them, ** are owned by Shanghai Pudong New Area Jin Gao Public Transport Co., Ltd. and ** are owned by Shanghai Pudong New Area Nanhui Public Transport Co., Ltd. B. ** sets of power battery packs and service packages (the battery supplier provides an 8-year full life cycle warranty for maintenance and replacement of parts according to national and local technical standards). (For specific details, please refer to Section III - Procurement Requirements)
合同履約期限：合同簽訂后的 **天內(nèi)完成全部車輛上牌并驗(yàn)收合格交付（最晚不遲于****年**月交付）
The Contract Period:Complete all vehicle registrations within ** days after the contract is signed, and deliver them upon successful acceptance (no later than October ****).
