簡要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目位于上海市浦東新區(qū)東三里橋路****號9幢上海數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)園C座輔助研發(fā)樓，地上4層，建筑高度**.**米，產(chǎn)權(quán)面積****.**平方米。主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容包括：新建統(tǒng)一運(yùn)營管理平臺；新建綜合服務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)、數(shù)字人系統(tǒng)、智能會議系統(tǒng)、智能安防及感知系統(tǒng)等智能化系統(tǒng)；機(jī)房及辦公網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)、線上與線下展廳建設(shè)及場地裝修改造等。本項(xiàng)目擬通過公開采購的方式，擇優(yōu)選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商為該項(xiàng)目提供代建服務(wù)。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:This project is located in the auxiliary R&D building of Block C, 9 Shanghai Digital Industrial Park, No.**** Dongsanliqiao Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with 4 floors above ground, a building height of **.**m and a property area of 3,**2.**m2.. The main construction contents include: building a new unified operation management platform; New intelligent systems such as integrated service management system, digital human system, intelligent conference system, intelligent security and perception system; Computer room and office network construction, online and offline exhibition hall construction and site decoration and renovation. This project intends to select a qualified supplier to provide agent construction services for the project through public procurement. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)
合同履約期限：合同簽訂之日起至項(xiàng)目審計(jì)、驗(yàn)收通過，并向采購人完整提供相關(guān)服務(wù)文檔之日止。
