(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為采購項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動。
（4）具有水利水電工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)。
（5）具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）。
（6）擬派項目負(fù)責(zé)人具有水利水電工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格。具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負(fù)責(zé)人。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
（4）With water conservancy and hydropower project construction general contracting grade III and above qualification.
（5）Have safety production license (valid period).
（6）The person in charge of the proposed project shall have the qualification of registered constructor at or above Grade II of water conservancy and hydropower engineering specialty. Possess valid safety production assessment certificate, and do not serve as the project leader of other construction projects under construction.
