簡要規(guī)則描述：采購人擬委托第三方為金楊新村街道金楊五街坊小區(qū)屋面及相關設施改造項目提供代建服務，工程總投資：****.**萬元，其中建安費****.**萬元，其他費用**2.**萬元，預備費**5.**萬元。建設規(guī)模：金楊五街坊內(nèi)**幢房屋屋面整新、外立面整新、單元入口整新、公共樓道修繕、建筑排水更新、小區(qū)附屬設施修繕、道路修繕和景觀綠化更新等工程，總建筑面積約******平方米。建設范圍：金楊五街坊小區(qū)內(nèi)房屋共計**幢。代建工作內(nèi)容包括但不限于項目建設過程各階段的投資、進度、質(zhì)量、風險、安全、信息等的代建工作（其中投資管理必須按國家審計的規(guī)范運作），達到委托人要求。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）

合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起至整個項目代建服務范圍內(nèi)各項目全部驗收完畢，并向采購人完整提供相關服務文檔之日止。
