Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The service content includes (but is not limited to) on-street parking fee collection service, parking order management, on-site parking guidance, policy promotion, daily inspection, order generation, order review, abnormal order handling, order arrears reminder, order arrears collection, maintenance and management of on-street parking berth facilities and supporting facilities, and hotline work order processing. For specific details, please refer to the bidding documents.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) The same legal representative or unit leader, or different suppliers with direct controlling or management relationships, shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract. (2) This project is specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises. (3) This project does not accept consortium bidding.
