Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The purchaser intends to select a qualified supplier to provide the purchaser with the service of removing construction waste from old residential areas. The supplier will mainly be responsible for removing construction waste and other items within a total area of approximately 1.** million square meters (** natural communities) in the old residential areas of Xincun Sub-district, Weifang. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.
合同履約期限：本項目一次采購三年有效，合同一年一簽，每年經(jīng)過采購人考核合格后，合同續(xù)簽一年，最長不超過三年。詳見采購文件。
The Contract Period:This project's one-time procurement is valid for three years. The contract is signed annually. After passing the assessment by the purchaser each year, the contract will be renewed for another year, with a maximum of no more than three years. For details, please refer to the procurement documents.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, no price discount benefits will be implemented for products from small and medium-sized enterprises. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：1、未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法失信主體、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單；
2、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
3、本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization lawfully established within the territory of China; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
