（5）具有建設(shè)部門頒發(fā)的《安全生產(chǎn)許可證》（有效期內(nèi)）；
（6）項目負(fù)責(zé)人須具有中華人民共和國住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的中華人民共和國水利水電工程專業(yè)二級（含以上級）注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書；
（7）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為本項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Must be a legal person or unincorporated organization legally established within the territory of China (branches are not allowed to participate in the bidding activities in their own name for this project);

(4) The supplier must hold a Grade III or higher qualification for general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower engineering issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China;

(5) Possess a Safety Production License (within the validity period) issued by the construction authority;

(6) The project leader must hold a Level II (or higher) registered constructor qualification in the field of water conservancy and hydropower engineering of the People's Republic of China issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, and have a valid certificate for passing the safety production assessment;

(7) Different suppliers where the legal representatives are the same person or which

根據(jù)上海市財政局規(guī)定，本項目招投標(biāo)相關(guān)活動在上海市政府采購云平臺（網(wǎng)址：http://www.zfcg.sh.gov.cn）電子招投標(biāo)系統(tǒng)進行。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)根據(jù)《上海市電子政府采購管理暫行辦法》等有關(guān)規(guī)定和要求執(zhí)行。投標(biāo)人在政府采購云平臺的有關(guān)操作方法可以參照政府采購云平臺中的專欄有關(guān)內(nèi)容和操作要求辦理。 投標(biāo)人應(yīng)在投標(biāo)截止時間前盡早加密上傳投標(biāo)文件，電話通知項目負(fù)責(zé)人進行簽收，并及時查看政府采購云平臺上的簽收情況，打印簽收回執(zhí)，以免因臨近投標(biāo)截止時間上傳造成無法在開標(biāo)前完成簽收的情形。未簽收的投標(biāo)文件視為投標(biāo)未完成。
