（6）投標(biāo)人擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的建筑工程專業(yè)二級(jí)（含以上級(jí)）注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書；
（7）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Must be a legal person or unincorporated organization legally established within the territory of China (branches are not allowed to participate in the bidding activities in their own name for this project);

(4) Possess Grade III or higher qualification for general contracting of construction engineering;

(5) Hold a valid Safety Production License (within the period of validity);

(6) The project manager to be appointed by the bidder must have the qualification of Level II (or higher) registered constructor in the construction engineering specialty and a valid certificate for passing the safety production assessment;

(7) Different suppliers with the same legal representative or in a relationship of direct holding or management shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers that provide overall design, specification compilation, or services such as project management, supervision, and testing for this project shall not participate in
