簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)為通過(guò)救助管理站各系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施，保障浦東救助站按計(jì)劃開辦并投入運(yùn)營(yíng)，應(yīng)救盡救，為受助人員提供一個(gè)安全、舒適、溫馨、寬敞的救助環(huán)境，以齊全的硬件設(shè)施和優(yōu)質(zhì)的人文關(guān)懷滿足不斷發(fā)展的多元化精細(xì)化的救助服務(wù)需求，提升救助管理的服務(wù)品質(zhì)，具體要求詳見磋商文件內(nèi)采購(gòu)需求及工程量清單
Brief Specification Description:The goal of this project is to ensure that the Pudong Rescue Station is established and put into operation as planned through the implementation of various projects in the management station, to provide emergency assistance to as many people as possible, and to provide a safe, comfortable, warm, and spacious rescue environment for the assisted personnel, with complete hardware and high-quality humanistic care to meet the growing demand for diversified and refined rescue services, and to improve the quality of rescue management services. For specific requirements, please refer the procurement requirements and the bill of quantities in the bidding documents.

3.2持有有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照和安全生產(chǎn)許可證。
3.3具有電子與智能化工程專業(yè)承包二級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)。
3.4擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理具有機(jī)電工程專業(yè)貳級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.1 Not included in the list of dishonest persons who fail to perform their obligations in the "Credit China Website" (www.creditchinagov.cn), the list of major tax violations and the list of serious violations of government procurement in the "China Government Procurement Network" (www.ccgp.gov.cn) [the credit record within 3 years before the deadline for the first response document is submitted as the standard]. 3.2 Hold a valid business license and safety production license. 3.3 Have the qualification of professional contracting of electronic and intelligent engineering at or above the second level. 3.4 The project manager to be assigned the professional qualification of registered constructor of electromechanical engineering at or above the second level, has a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project manager of other construction projects.
