(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、 須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動(dòng)）；
4、 符合《上海市政府購買服務(wù)管理辦法》第六、七條規(guī)定；
5、 本項(xiàng)目僅面向小、微型等各類供應(yīng)商采購；
6、 本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China (this project does not accept branches participating in the procurement activities in their own names). 4. Comply with the provisions of Articles 6 and 7 of the "Measures for the Administration of Government Procurement of Services in Shanghai Municipality"; 5. 5. This project is only open for procurement from small and micro suppliers of all types. 6. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
