簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目擬通過公開競爭性磋商采購的方式選取一家合格的供應商為****年濰坊新村街道機關食堂提供管理服務工作，服務內(nèi)容包括提供工作日的早餐、午餐，工作日值班人員（晚）、雙休日及國定假日（春節(jié)假期等）值班人員（早、午、晚）用餐，其他重大活動用餐（需服從采購人調整），每兩個月至少舉辦一次美食節(jié)活動等。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public competitive consultation procurement to provide management services for the canteen of the Xincun Sub-district Office in Weifang in ****. The service contents include providing breakfast and lunch on working days, meals for duty personnel on working days (evening), and meals for duty personnel on weekends and national holidays (such as the Spring Festival holiday) (breakfast, lunch, and evening) Other major event meals (subject to the adjustment of the purchaser), and at least one food festival event every two months, etc. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization lawfully established within the territory of China; 3. Must hold a food business license (the business scope must cover the content of this project); 4. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
