簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：為全面構(gòu)建三林鎮(zhèn)“全覆蓋、無(wú)盲區(qū)”的基層安全網(wǎng)格體系，提升三林鎮(zhèn)消防預(yù)防、安全生產(chǎn)巡查和應(yīng)急能力，本項(xiàng)目擬選取一家合適的服務(wù)單位為采購(gòu)人提供三林鎮(zhèn)安全生產(chǎn)綜合巡查服務(wù)。服務(wù)內(nèi)容包括但不限于：輔助相關(guān)部門(mén)對(duì)轄區(qū)內(nèi)小區(qū)、沿街商鋪、農(nóng)村自建房、出租房場(chǎng)所、廠房倉(cāng)庫(kù)、“三合一”場(chǎng)所等區(qū)域進(jìn)行日常檢查及督促整改；協(xié)助三林鎮(zhèn)相關(guān)部門(mén)對(duì)以上區(qū)域開(kāi)展日常檢查、專(zhuān)項(xiàng)檢查及重點(diǎn)時(shí)段、重大活動(dòng)期間安全檢查；協(xié)助三林鎮(zhèn)相關(guān)部門(mén)展引導(dǎo)自查自糾、整改復(fù)查、消防安全宣傳等工作等。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購(gòu)需求書(shū)）
