4）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，支持中小企業(yè)發(fā)展：本項(xiàng)目是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時，中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價格折扣優(yōu)惠。
5）本項(xiàng)目不接受進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品。

（4）施工現(xiàn)場項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)構(gòu)擬派人員配備要求：根據(jù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況設(shè)置，最低應(yīng)為5人（含）以上，且需包含*園林項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人、安全員、質(zhì)量員、材料員、中級園林綠化工（班組負(fù)責(zé)人）各1名。①上述人員配備要求系最低配備要求；②*崗位不得同時兼任二個及以上項(xiàng)目。③上述人員均應(yīng)為企業(yè)在職人員；④本工程所涉及的園林專業(yè)是指：園林(園林規(guī)劃設(shè)計、園林植物、風(fēng)景園林、園林綠化、綠化林業(yè)等）、園藝、城市規(guī)劃、景觀、植物（含植保、森保等）、環(huán)境藝術(shù)、風(fēng)景旅游等專業(yè)；
（5）園林綠化施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人須具有上海市園林綠化工程從業(yè)人員項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人電子卡，且無本市在建項(xiàng)目記錄；
（6）安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
（7）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動。
