Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:Mainly assist Old Harbor Town's Precision Office, Safety Office, Social Work Office, Urban Operations Center, Police Station, Traffic Police Team, Urban Management, Cultural Center, and other units in conducting security patrols and crime prevention within the town area, maintaining public order, inspecting fire hazards and safety, managing municipal facilities, and monitoring 'five violations' and 'six chaos' phenomena in urban areas and villages. Additionally, provide support for daily traffic control, major traffic rectification campaigns, fire station duty, management of floating population, and security services for important events and emergencies within the town to maintain harmony and stability.
