簡要規(guī)則描述：成日村已入選第七批鄉(xiāng)村振興示范村名單，為配合示范村創(chuàng)建，現(xiàn)擬對照任務(wù)清單，開展成日村鄉(xiāng)村振興老年活動室提升改造項目，將日東路沿線1處廢棄泵站改建為老年活動室，對西片活動室實施提質(zhì)改造，改造鄉(xiāng)村茶館等。
Brief Specification Description:Chengri Village has been selected into the list of the seventh batch of rural revitalization demonstration villages, in order to cooperate with the creation of demonstration villages, it is now planned to carry out the upgrading and renovation project of the rural revitalization elderly activity room in Chengri Village according to the task list, convert an abandoned pumping station along Ridong Road into an elderly activity room, implement quality improvement and transformation of the western activity room, and transform the rural teahouse.

（2）具有建筑工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級及其以上資質(zhì)。
（3）安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）。
（4）投標(biāo)人擬派項目經(jīng)理的建筑工程專業(yè)二級（含以上級）注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目經(jīng)理。
（5）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為本項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動。
（6）沒有因發(fā)生生產(chǎn)安全事故被浦東新區(qū)建設(shè)行政管理部門暫停承接業(yè)務(wù)且在限制期內(nèi)的。
（7）本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) It must have an independent legal person registered in accordance with the law, a natural person or other organization with the ability to independently bear civil liability. (2) Have the qualification of general contracting of construction engineering construction level 3 or above. (3) Safety production license (within the validity period). (4) The bidder's proposed project manager has the qualification of a second-level (including above) registered constructor in the construction engineering profession, has a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project manager of other construction projects under construction. (5) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct controlling and management relationships, and shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; Suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision, testing and other
