1、磋商所需攜帶其他材料：
（1）磋商代表人授權委托書原件(加蓋單位公章、法人章)；
（2）磋商代表人有效身份證原件及加蓋單位公章的身份證正反面復印件、近3個月社保證明或其他本單位員工證明；
（3）空白并已蓋章的《磋商最終報價一覽表》和《明細表》；
（4）磋商文件規(guī)定需要的提交紙質響應文件及電子文件；
（5）無線3G或4G上網卡、數字證書(CA證書)及可無線上網的筆記本一臺（筆記本電腦提前確認是否瀏覽器設置、CA證書管理器下載等，確保和CA證書匹配可以正常登陸上海政府采購網）。
2、根據上海市財政局《關于上海市政府采購信息管理平臺招投標系統(tǒng)正式運行的通知》（滬財采[****]**號）的規(guī)定，本項目招投標相關活動在電子采購平臺（網址：www.zfcg.sh.gov.cn）電子招投標系統(tǒng)進行。供應商應根據《上海市電子政府采購管理暫行辦法》等有關規(guī)定和要求執(zhí)行。
