簡要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本次養(yǎng)護(hù)項(xiàng)目為****年后建設(shè)和改造完成的農(nóng)村及部分老舊小區(qū)雨污水、戶內(nèi)外管網(wǎng)和設(shè)施，進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)管理工作。按照上級和管理部門要求，根據(jù)排水管網(wǎng)設(shè)施養(yǎng)護(hù)相關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對宣橋鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)村地區(qū)和部分老舊小區(qū)雨污水管網(wǎng)設(shè)施設(shè)備進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)相關(guān)工作，包括管網(wǎng)設(shè)施巡查、管道檢修、疏通、窨井清撈、檢修，井蓋缺損的更換、補(bǔ)足，一體式泵站及處理裝置的運(yùn)行維護(hù)等相關(guān)工作，配合管理部門及時處置相關(guān)投訴工單，確保排水通暢，實(shí)現(xiàn)鎮(zhèn)域內(nèi)污水管道各類設(shè)施安全良好、規(guī)范齊全、通(運(yùn))行狀況良好；具體詳見招標(biāo)文件內(nèi)采購需求。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This maintenance project is aimed at managing the rainwater, sewage, indoor and outdoor pipelines, and facilities in rural areas and some old residential areas that have been constructed and renovated since ****. 1、服務(wù)期限的說明及承諾

② 由于項(xiàng)目資金下?lián)軙r間的限制及招標(biāo)周期的原因，本次招標(biāo)工作完成前的服務(wù)由原單位繼續(xù)履行。在此期間所產(chǎn)生的服務(wù)費(fèi)用，待項(xiàng)目招標(biāo)完成后由中標(biāo)單位按中標(biāo)單價和原單位實(shí)際提供的服務(wù)內(nèi)容按實(shí)結(jié)算，支付給原服務(wù)單位相應(yīng)的費(fèi)用。
