簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：1、本工程采用工程施工總承包方式。由成交人負(fù)責(zé)包工、包料（采購(gòu)人自行采購(gòu)的材料和設(shè)備除外）、包工期、包質(zhì)量、包安全文明施工和包協(xié)調(diào)管理、包驗(yàn)收通過(guò)移交的施工承包方式全面負(fù)責(zé)承包工程施工合同范圍中的全部工程內(nèi)容，并對(duì)工程總的工期、質(zhì)量承擔(dān)控制和協(xié)調(diào)責(zé)任以及合同規(guī)定的其他義務(wù)。
2 、本工程承包范圍：
a、本磋商文件、工程內(nèi)容清單和所附圖紙中所要求、描述的工程內(nèi)容和范圍。
b、施工中有關(guān)的垃圾堆放及清運(yùn)等工作。
c、臨時(shí)水電及施工人員餐飲、住宿費(fèi)用。
Brief Specification Description:1. This project adopts the general contracting method for engineering construction. The successful bidder is responsible for contracting, supplying (excluding materials and equipment purchased by the purchaser), contracting the construction period, quality, safe and civilized construction, coordination and management, and contracting the acceptance and hand of the construction project.
