2）中華人民共和國(guó)住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的施工專業(yè)承包建筑裝修裝飾工程二級(jí)或以上資質(zhì)。
（2）項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人應(yīng)持有中華人民共和國(guó)住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的中華人民共和國(guó)二級(jí)或以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格證書(shū)，注冊(cè)專業(yè)須為建筑工程，并具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)，且未在其他建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目擔(dān)任項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人（以響應(yīng)文件中提供的加蓋單位公章的《項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人基本情況表》為準(zhǔn)（通過(guò)上海市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)管理委員會(huì)網(wǎng)站zjw.sh.gov.cn查詢、打印，首次響應(yīng)文件提交截止時(shí)間前7天內(nèi)打印有效））；
（3）因發(fā)生生產(chǎn)安全事故被浦東新區(qū)建設(shè)行政管理部門暫停承接業(yè)務(wù)且在限制期內(nèi)的供應(yīng)商不得參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)；
（4）處于被政府管理部門禁止參加投標(biāo)期間的單位不得參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:Qualification of Grade III or above in general contracting of construction engineering issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China; 2) Qualification of Grade II or above in professional contracting of building decoration and fitment engineering issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China.
(2) The project leader shall hold a practicing qualification certificate of Level II or above registered constructor of the People's Republic of China issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, with the registered major being construction engineering, and shall have a valid certificate of qualified safety production assessment. Moreover, he/she shall not serve as the project leader in other construction projects (subject to the "Basic Information Form of Project Leader" with the official seal of the unit provided in the response document (inquir

(i)符合《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條的規(guī)定；
