(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：1、須具有依法注冊的獨(dú)立法人、獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任能力的自然人或其他組織；
2、具有市政公用工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級及其以上資質(zhì)
3、安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）
4、投標(biāo)人擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的市政公用工程專業(yè)二級（含以上級）注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理
5、單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動
6、沒有因發(fā)生生產(chǎn)安全事故被浦東新區(qū)建設(shè)行政管理部門暫停承接業(yè)務(wù)且在限制期內(nèi)的
