簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目擬通過競爭性磋商的方式選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商，開展“平安礪劍”專項培訓(xùn)，聚焦重要場所、點位安保人員的應(yīng)急處突專項培訓(xùn)，進一步加強社會面防控，提高防范處置能力，著眼于重點部位和人員密集場所的安全保衛(wèi)。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through competitive consultation to carry out the "Safe Sword Sharpening" special training, focusing on emergency response and handling training for security personnel in key places and locations. It aims to further strengthen social prevention and control, enhance prevention and handling capabilities, and focus on the security of key areas and densely populated places. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. 3、本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization lawfully established within the territory of China; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
