2. 交貨地點和交貨時間：
交貨地點：寶武特冶項目現(xiàn)場(境內供貨)或上海港（境外供貨）。
交貨時間：境外供貨為合同簽訂后**個月內（FOB）；境內供貨為合同簽訂后**個月項目現(xiàn)場交貨。

(5)Due to the complexity of the project and high technical requirements, all bidders interested in the participation in this project shall contact the tenderee to carry out the technical exchanges and sign the technical appendices before the bid opening.
