（4）其他資格要求：施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)構(gòu)擬派人員配備要求：5人，且需包含*園林項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人、安全員、質(zhì)量員、材料員、中級(jí)及以上園林綠化工（班組負(fù)責(zé)人）各1名；
（5）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人須具有上海市園林綠化工程從業(yè)人員項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人電子信息卡，且無本市在建項(xiàng)目記錄。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Must be a legal person or unincorporated organization legally established within the territory of the People's Republic of China (branch companies are not permitted to participate in the bidding of this project in their own name);
(4) Other qualification requirements: Requirements for the proposed staffing of the on-site project management organization: A total of 5 personnel shall be assigned, including 1 person each for the following positions: *Landscape Project Director, Safety Officer, Quality Inspector, Materials Manager, and Landscape Gardener with intermediate or higher professional title (Team Leader);
